So the reality of leaving has become more and more surreal with each passing day. Today I booked my flight for staging, and I feel like everything is FINALLY coming together. I have gone on what I call a farewell tour to say goodbye to all of my close friends and family... life feels like it is on the verge of something new and exciting, and of course it is.

I am so excited after waiting 13 months to get to the place where I am finally ready to go, or should I say, as ready as one can be for a complete life change in virtually the time frame of one day.

For all of you who do not know me or are interested, I am invited to be a health educator. Other than that, all I know is what I read in these blog posts and tons of research. I am starting to miss everyone already, but the excitement of going has really overshadowed my sadness of leaving behind the ones I love the most...
